Take a look at the amount of style bars, clubs, bistros and theme pubs springing up everywhere. The pace of change in towns and cities throughout the UK is happening at a very rapid rate and new owners are spending £thousands renovating and refurbishing old properties and office premises. Why? Because there's a market for it. So do you want to get in on the act or at least consider if it's for you?

Even with a limited amount of spirits, mixers and glassware, it's possible to include a few cocktails in your bar's or pub's menu. You might want to serve them only at a certain time of day or evening, for special occasions or simply limit those available to only a few.

Take a look at shooters - mix two spirits, shake and pour into cold shot glasses and then serve the drinks they want to go with them - a basic exercise in increasing profitability.

We've already advised proprietors how to offer more choice to their clientèle and at the same time increase their revenue and the number of people through the door. No juggling tricks or lighting of drinks required, just a few extra basic pieces of equipment, staff who are prepared to learn to serve a small number of cocktails and/or shooters and the desire to put more into the cash till.

We can advise you on drinks that would suit your establishment and your customers, which ones yield the bigger profit margins and show you and the staff how to serve them.
