The Contemporary Classic

Zombie:
Golden, Light, Navy & Overproof Rums, Apricot Brandy, Orange, Pineapple & Lime Juice, Grenadine - The name comes from a Congo word for a voodoo snake god!

Cosmopolitan:
Vodka, Triple Sec, Cranberry, Lime Juice - Introduced to popular 80's culture by Tom Wolfe and Brett Easton Ellis, now staple fare for Sex and the City girls.

Sex on the Beach:
Vodka, Peach Schnapps, Raspberry Liqueur, Pineapple & Cranberry Juice - Overriding fruity taste, the only grain you will notice is the one in the vodka.

Vesper:
Gin, Vodka, Vermouth - James Bond's famous "shaken not stirred" vodka martini; in "Casino Royale" he drinks this in memory of double agent Vesper Lynd.

Lynchburg Lemonade:
Jack Daniel's, Triple Sec, Lemon Juice, Lemonade - Strictly speaking, Jack Daniel's isn't a bourbon, contrary to popular belief, but a Tennessee whisky, filtered through ground-up maple charcoal to smooth the rough edges.

Cape Codder:
Vodka, Cranberry & Lime Juice - A refreshing modern classic, named after the resort on the coast of Massachusettes.

Bramble:
Gin, Lemon Juice, Gomme Syrup, Crème de Mure - A mid-80's, Dick Bradsell creation, born in Fred's Club, Soho. The sweet syrup and sour lemon combine well with the fruit of the berries; the crushed ice ensures an
ever-changing taste sensation.
