Milano:
Gin, Galliano, Lemon Juice, Gomme - During the Italian-Abyssinian war of 1896 Major Giuseppe Galliano defended Fort Enda, which is depicted on the bottle label.

Italian Stallion:
Amaretto, Crema Mandorla, Cacao, Cream - Rich, nutty and a slight chocolate undertone, best served after dinner.

Campari Nobile:
Campari, Vodka, Lemoncello, Raspberry Juice, Grenadine, Bitter Lemon - Invented by Salvatore Calabrese, an advocator of the very dry and bitter Italian aperitif, Campari, which possesses a pronounced quinine character.

Italian Surfer with a Russian Attitude:
Amaretto, Vodka, Coconut Rum, Pineapple Juice, Cranberry Juice - The most well-known Amaretto (main constituents almonds and apricot kernels) is the "di Saronno" brand, Saronno said to be its birthplace in 1525.

Venticello di Carnevale:
Campari, Gold Rum, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice, Grenadine - A concoction attributed to Tony Nguyen.

Italian Colada:
Brandy, Rum, Amaretto, Pineapple Juice, Coco Lopez, Cream - (Aka Amaretto Colada) A rather different version of the Pina Colada, which was popularized in London in the 80's, symbolizing suburban inspiration and stigmatized by Delboy et al.
