Spanish Guitar:
Sweet Sherry, Dry Vermouth, Cherry Vodka - This drink tastes strangely
of red wine. The word "sherry" comes from an Anglicisation
of the Arab name for Jerez, at the heart of the sherry industry
in south western Spain.

Apricot Brandy, Orange Juice, Orange Bitters - Appropriately named
after the Spanish coastal city known for its fruits and wines.

if you have a teaspoon of Grand Marnier lying around, pop it in
and you have a Palm Beach Fizz.

with orange flavour, an Andalucian favourite - sweet dreams.

Mandarine Napoleon, Pernod, Bitter Lemon - A highball is generally
one base spirit or liqueur with a sparkling soft drink mixer. This
one has a lemon and orange flavour.

del Sol:
White Rum, Sweet Vermouth, Gomme, Lemon Juice, Soda - As with all
highball drinks, the ingredients are simply added to an ice-filled
tall glass (a highball) and stirred before serving.
Adios
Amigos:
White Rum, Gin, Dry Vermouth, Lemon Juice, dash Cognac - Quite strong,
but refreshing. Best made with Larios, a gin produced in the 1863-established
distillery in Malaga, southern Spain.
Barcelona:
Sweet Sherry, Spanish Brandy, Cuarenta y Tres, Lemon Juice, Lemonade
- Licor 43, manufactured in Cartagena, is made from 43 different
herbs and spices and carries undertones of chocolate, honey, citrus
and mint. The cocktail itself has a lemon wine flavour.

Fizz:
Sweet Sherry, Gin, Lemon Juice, Gomme, Soda - The Fizz was born
into the world in the 1870's; apparently it's usually served in
the mornings or at midday.
